SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping. Shipping time is approximately 8-15 business days, depending on your location.

• This doesn’t include our 1-3 day processing time.

• All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

• Deliveries to third world countries can take a bit longer.

DO WE DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Free USB Cable Eligibility Policy

The Free USB Cable is a promotional freebie and is only included with the purchase of either:

• Lana Orb, or

• Shower Case Speaker

If an order includes the Free USB Cable but does not include Lana Orb or Shower Case Speaker, the freebie is not eligible and the USB cable will not be shipped.

We reserve the right to remove the Free USB Cable from any order that does not meet the eligibility requirements above.
